Shipping & Returns
All orders placed before mid-November are pre-orders for boots. Good things take time, so we appreciate you signing up for the ride. We expect all pre-orders to begin shipping in the middle of November, and will keep you updated along the way to make sure you know exactly when they're coming.
Anything not marked as a pre-order will ship within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, when the order is shipped (including tracking) and when the order has been delivered. No confirmation email? It means we haven't received your order. Try placing it again or reach out to our customer service team to see if there's an issues.
We're happy to ship wherever you hang your hats. But just know, if you're outside the lower 48, a few different rules apply to you.
All international orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). That means when your package is through customs and on its way to you, you'll be liable for any customs fees assessed on the package. Unfortunately we can't currently calculate those fees on our website, but we're working on it. Any orders placed outside the contiguous United States are consenting to pay these duties or forfeit their shipment.
We'll also need to charge a return fee for any orders that need to be returned. This will be 30% of the order value. This covers your return shipment as well as some fees we'll pay to receive the package back.

All orders are valid for an exchange within 30 days of the order being placed so long as the product is in new, unworn condition with all original materials intact. If you're unsure about fit, we recommend trying them on on carpet to avoid damaging the sole.
