We offer FREE shipping on all returns and exchanges.

You can securely pay using all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, and other payment options such as Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for email notifications to be informed as soon as the item is back in stock.
You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order. These emails will provide information on shipment, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates.

We offer shipping on all orders over $125.
Currently we ship to the lower 48.
We plan to expand our shipping, but specific plans have not been determined yet. Stay updated by joining our email list!
Our boots typically ship within 3-4 business days from Kansas City (generally much faster though!). Estimated arrival times, once shipped, vary based on the customer's shipping location.
The typical customer experience is that they will receive their boots, within a week.

Return & Exchange Policy
At HYER Boots, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Returns
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns for unworn and unused boots purchased directly from HYER within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The bottoms of both the sole and heel must be un-scuffed, clean, and free of wear marks. If you're unsure about fit, we recommend trying them on carpet to avoid damaging the sole.
- Original tags, packing slip, and original packaging are required for a return to be accepted.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- If a return does not meet these standards, it may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.
Return Process
- Initiate a return by entering your order number and zip code on our Returns & Exchange page.
- You will receive a packing slip, return label, and instructions on how to package and return the items to our warehouse.
- Once received, our team will perform a quality control check to ensure the items meet our return eligibility.
- If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
- If your boots do not meet quality control standards, they will not qualify for a return or exchange. In such cases, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you choose to have the boots sent back to you.
Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted for unworn and unused boots purchased directly from HYER within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The exchanged boots must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- To be eligible, the bottoms of both the sole and heel must be un-scuffed, clean, and free of wear marks.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Exchange Process
- Initiate an exchange by entering your order number and zip code on our Returns & Exchange page.
- You will receive instructions on how to package and return the boots.
- Your new pair will be shipped once we receive your return and it passes the quality control check.
Inventory Availability for Exchanges
Inventory is not guaranteed for exchange requests and may sell out before your exchange is processed. If your requested pair is no longer available, we will reach out to you and happily process your exchange as a return, refunding your original payment method.
Quality Control Check
- Once received, our team will conduct a quality control check to ensure the items meet our exchange eligibility.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for this process.
New Pair Shipment
- Once the quality check is complete, we will ship your new pair to the address provided during the exchange process.
- Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Last Call Terms
Items purchased as 'LAST CALL' are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit without exception, and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions, including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Last Call purchases.

Right now we DO NOT offer any custom work. We're bringing back the family business after 50 years, and working to make high quality, comfortable boots right off the shelf. Not to say we won't ever get there, but for now we're working on perfecting our current product and adding new boots to our lines!
HYER boots have full-grain cowhide leather channeled insoles.
Our products are handcrafted using premium materials and construction methods just as our founder intended, making them stand apart from other brands typically found on the shelf.
Traditional and durable method used in crafting footwear. It involves stitching a welt (a strip of leather) to both the
upper and insole of the boot.
■ Just as cowboy boots were originally made by HYER in 1875, Goodyear welt is still the prime construction for
well-made, long-lasting boots.
■ These 3/4 welt versions include wood pegs and nails, they both secure the hand-placed shank and add stability.

The oil infused barrier on the exterior of the sole adds longevity and aids in repelling moisture.
HYER boots are made of premium, hand-selected leathers that range from soft cowhide and goat articles to elegant exotics such as ostrich, and caiman.
We currently offer two styles of heels, a “Cutter Underslung” and a “Stockman Block.” The Cutter is a western style heel with a long base and the Stockman is a lower block style.

The leather side welt (sometimes referred to as piping) aids in long lasting wear. Plastic/PVC versions crack and break down over time.

It is best to try boots on carpet so that the soles do not scuff should you need to return.
■ Slip your foot into the boot. You should feel a POP when your heel slides past the
counter and onto the insole.
■ Validate the heel lift. You should be able to lift your heel but not a whole lot. The leather
will shape to your heel and hold it in place over time.
■ The ball of your foot should hit the widest section of the boot for added comfort.
■ Your arch should feel a bit snug. The leather will stretch as the boot forms to your foot.
■ Check the flawless fit and comfort by walking around!
The fit of our styles are traditional and straightforward. There should be very slight resistance when pulling them on
and zero resistance once you’re “through the turn”.
■ You should feel slippage in the heel area and comfortable conformity in the instep.
■ Both toe profiles are most common and stylish today in authentic western and the most comfortable for everyday use.
■ These styles were made for the working cowboy and cowgirl while keeping modern function and diverse use in mind.
■ HYER boots fit true to size. When deciding what size, you should go off your normal shoe size.
Choose your normal shoe size. HYER boots fit true to US sizing.
■ Be conscious of your sock – thin or thick. This can make a difference when
trying on boots.
■ In between sizes - we recommend the ½ size larger.
■ Narrow foot – we recommend to either size down or choose your true size in
regular width (size B for women’s and size D for men’s).
■ Wide foot – we recommend to either size up or choose the wide widths
available (size C for women’s, and size EE for men’s).
■ Your size should fit the same across all silhouettes.
