1. Sponsor
The “RSNC World Finals Boot Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Hyer, Inc. DBA Hyer Boots (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s address: Hyer, Inc. 9835 Chadwick Drive, Overland Park, KS 66206, USA.

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CST") on 6/6/26 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CST on 6/14/26 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to Enter
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Primary Entry Method:

Eligible participants may enter by scanning the official HYER Boots QR code available at the RSNC World Finals event and completing the online entry form with all required information.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from HYER Boots. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):

To enter without attending, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone (optional), and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 15, 2026 and received within five (5) business days thereafter.  

5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) pair of HYER Boots via a one-time 100% off discount code redeemable at HyerBoots.com.

Prize Conditions:

• Redeemable on in-stock styles only 
• Not redeemable for cash 
• Not transferable or for resale 
• Winner responsible for applicable taxes 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $599.99 or less. (Total ARV of all prizes: Up to $1,799.97.)

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected in separate random drawings conducted by Sponsor on or about 6/22/26.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone if provided and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a selected winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with Prize receipt or use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more, as required by law. 

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, city/state of residence, and/or statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without further compensation. 

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive promotional emails from HYER Boots. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. By voluntarily providing a mobile phone number and opting into SMS marketing, entrants expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from HYER Boots at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

11. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or postage-due entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.  

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of the event requiring such action. 

12. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, The American Rodeo, Teton Ridge, and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in administration; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property. 

13. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) any such disputes, claims, or causes of action shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware (including the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware), and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Winner List

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor address by July 1, 2026.

The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor (Hyer, Inc.). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RSNC or any other third-party organization.
