1. Sponsor
The HYER Boots x Keddie’s Boot Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Hyer, Inc. d/b/a HYER Boots, located at 9835 Chadwick Drive, Overland Park, KS 66206, USA, in partnership with Grande Prairie Feed Services ("Promotional Partner"). Collectively referred to as the "Giveaway Parties."

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Giveaway begins on November 2. 2026 and ends on November 9, 2026  ("Giveaway Period"). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of the Giveaway Parties and their respective affiliates, agencies, and suppliers are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by scanning the official Giveaway QR code or visiting the designated Giveaway landing page and completing the online entry form with the required information.

• Limit one (1) entry per person.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive a $400 HYER Boots, redeemable toward eligible HYER Boots products at Keddie’s. 

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $400 USD.

Prize is subject to product availability.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any purchase amount exceeding $400, including applicable taxes or shipping, is the winner's responsibility.

Prize may not be resold.

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about November 10. The winner will be notified using the email address or phone number provided at entry and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. If the selected winner does not respond, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Giveaway Parties to use the winner's name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Participants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from HYER Boots and/or Grande Prairie Feed Services. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Any SMS marketing consent must be obtained through a separate, compliant opt-in.

11. General Conditions 
The Giveaway Parties reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Giveaway.

If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond their reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, the Giveaway Parties may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion, subject to applicable law.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Giveaway Parties, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

The Giveaway Parties are not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

13. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Such disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and will be brought exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
