1. Sponsor
The “HYER Boots x Hamley & Co. Cooler Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is co-sponsored by Hyer, Inc. DBA HYER Boots, 9835 Chadwick Drive, Overland Park, KS 66206, and Hamley & Co. Western Store (CTUIR) 30 SE Court Ave., Pendleton, OR 97801 (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 19, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, the National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the
same household are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may scan the giveaway QR code available at the HYER Boots x Hamley & Co. booth in Pendleton, Oregon and complete the official entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants will be asked to provide a valid email address and other requested information. Entrants may also have the option to provide a mobile phone number and separately consent to receive SMS marketing communications.

Information submitted through the Sweepstakes may be shared between HYER Boots and Hamley & Co. and used in accordance with each Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices and marketing permissions.

5. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) YETI Tundra 45 Hard Cooler with a custom leather cover.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00.

Prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred or resold. No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

The appearance and details of the custom leather cover may vary from promotional images or displays.

Hamley & Co. will arrange shipment of the Prize to the confirmed winner at an eligible U.S. shipping address.

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each daily drawing. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period following the close of the Sweepstakes.

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided at entry.

The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and provide any information reasonably requested by the Sponsors to confirm eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.

Because the Prize has an approximate retail value of $2,500, the winner may be required to provide information necessary for tax reporting, and the appropriate Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, city/state of residence, and/or statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without further compensation. 

10. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be collected, accessed, and shared by HYER Boots and Hamley & Co. for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies and any marketing permissions provided by the entrant.

By providing an email address and agreeing to receive marketing communications, entrants may receive promotional emails from HYER Boots and/or Hamley & Co. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting an otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entry.

Where an entrant separately provides a mobile phone number and affirmatively opts in to SMS marketing, the entrant agrees to receive recurring marketing text messages from the applicable Sponsor(s). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to enter or win and is not a condition of purchase.

11. General Conditions 
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, or corrupted entries; technical failures; QR code or website malfunctions; network or telecommunications failures; or other errors beyond their reasonable control.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, the Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HYER Boots, Hamley & Co., YETI, Pendleton Round-Up and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claim, injury, loss, damage, or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or shipment of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Disputes / Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or Prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Such disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and will be brought exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

The Pendleton Round-Up and its affiliated organizations are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration or fulfillment.
