1. Sponsor and Prize Providers. The HYER NFR Experience Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by HYER, INC., a Delaware corporation, 2835 Chadwick Dr, Overland Park, KS 66206 ("Sponsor" or "HYER"). Prize elements are provided by Kimes Ranch, Resorts World Las Vegas, the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, and Kerry Kelly Bits & Spurs (together, the "Prize Providers"). RESORTS WORLD LAS VEGAS, LLC, dba RESORTS WORLD LAS VEGAS, LJC Apparel LLC, dba Kimes Ranch, Kerry Kelly, Inc. Prize Providers are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes and are not responsible for its administration. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, the Prize Providers, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies (together, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

3. Entry Period and How to Enter. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on October 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on October 23, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. To enter, visit https://hyerboots.com/pages/nfr-giveaway during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your first and last name, valid email address, state of residence, and date of birth, and submit it.

Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Sharing the Sweepstakes with others does not earn additional entries. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of this limit, and entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means, will be void. In the event of a dispute, an online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted, meaning the natural person assigned that address by the provider. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

4. Winner Selection, Odds, Notification, and Announcement. On or about October 26, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about October 26, 2026 and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt. The potential winner must then sign and return, within three (3) business days, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where lawful), and an IRS Form W-9. The winner's travel guest must sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release before travel documents are issued. If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, does not return the required documents, is found ineligible, or cannot travel on the stated dates, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and time permitting, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will not be responsible for notifications lost, intercepted, or not received.

Winner announcement: The verified winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence will be posted at https://hyerboots.com/pages/nfr-giveaway & HYER social channels by November 15, 2026, and will remain posted for at least thirty (30) days. That posting serves as the official winners list; Sponsor will not respond to individual requests for winner information.

5. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the following for the winner and one (1) guest:

• Round-trip coach airfare for two from a major commercial airport near the winner's residence (selected by Sponsor) to Las Vegas, NV
• Two (2) nights' hotel accommodations at Resorts World Las Vegas, one (1) standard room, December 7–9, 2026
• Personalized boot fitting and four (4) pairs of HYER boots (two pairs per traveler)
• Kimes Ranch shopping spree 
• Kerry Kelly Bits & Spurs gift certificate
• Two (2) tickets to one (1) Wrangler NFR performance at the Thomas & Mack Center, December 8, 2026
• Two (2) VIP tickets to Kimes Ranch's acoustic show featuring Shelby Stone, December 7, 2026, at The Space LV
• One (1) $1,000 Visa prepaid card

The total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $4,500. The total ARV of all prizes offered in this Sweepstakes does not exceed $5,000. ARV is based on Sponsor's and Prize Providers' good-faith determination of retail value at the time these Official Rules were published. Actual value may vary based on departure city, airfare fluctuations, and other factors; any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize conditions. Travel must be on December 7–9, 2026 or the prize is forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor will select all airlines, flights, and itineraries. Winner and guest must each be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of travel. Hotel check-in may require a valid photo ID and a major credit card for incidentals. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess valid government-issued photo identification. Ground transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, resort and parking fees, travel insurance, and all other expenses not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Boot fitting, shopping spree, gift certificate, and Visa card are subject to the respective issuer's terms, expiration dates, and conditions. Event schedules, performers, and seating are determined by event organizers and are subject to change; Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, or changes to any event. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize element of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and has no cash value.

6. Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the full ARV of the prize. Winner must provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number on an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's and guest's consent for Sponsor and the Prize Providers to use their names, city and state of residence, likenesses, photographs, voices, video, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.

8. Privacy and Marketing Consent. Information collected from entrants is collected by Sponsor and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://hyerboots.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you provide to administer the Sweepstakes and to send you marketing emails about HYER products, events, and promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor may share entrant names and email addresses with the Prize Providers, who may send you their own marketing communications subject to their own privacy policies. Text messages will be sent only to entrants who check the separate, optional SMS consent box on the entry form; consent to receive texts is not required to enter or win. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

9. Release and Indemnity. By entering, each entrant, and by accepting the prize, the winner and guest, agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of any kind, including personal injury, death, property damage, and violation of privacy or publicity rights, arising out of or relating to (a) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any part of it, including travel, lodging, rodeo and live event attendance, and the boot fitting; or (c) any act or omission of any airline, hotel, venue, event organizer, or other third-party supplier. The winner and guest acknowledge that attendance at a rodeo and related events involves inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume all such risks.

10. Limitation of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants or by any equipment or programming used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, weather, or acts of any travel or event provider; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRIZE IS AWARDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ENTRANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS OF ENTERING

11. Right to Cancel, Modify, or Disqualify. If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, including due to fraud, technical failure, computer virus, tampering, government order, public health event, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, to award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before termination. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, harassing, or unsportsmanlike manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Disputes and Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that (a) any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering, and in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Social Media. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from all liability related to the Sweepstakes.

14. General. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term does not waive that term. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any Sweepstakes advertising, these Official Rules control.
